Chasing Sunsets

Went out on the bike this evening when I got home intsead of this morning, overslept and didn't get out this morning.

Felt a little guilty for not going this morning and the weather was so nice I thought what the hell.

Good run today as the sun was setting had to quicken the pace.

5.75 miles tonight but really fast paced 13.8mph fastest run I have done.

Max speed 24.4 mph this time and only took 24.57 mins

ok so the aim has to be heading for the 15 mph if I'm doing a 5 mile stint.
