Wiped Out.

Phew this heat is getting to me.

Just went for a cycle before tea but it's sooo hot I only managed 5.67 miles.

Had to give up, the sweat was pissing off me still is even after my shower, need another later.

But for now I will just bask in my shorts till then, show off my manly figure LOL, Yuck.

Managed a 29.6 mph max speed and moving average of 12.9 mph so a fast run considering.

26.23 mins the trip took.

Now my eyes are ithcy from the grass too. :-(
