Broadband. Free?

Well it's all that's being talked about at work today folks.
Up to 8meg broadband for FREE from the Car-phone warehouse.
Sounds good, looks good definitely needs more research.
Ok after a little research we can't get it in Kinross cause the exchange is controlled by BT.
Anyone reading this please check on the link weather this is the same in their area.
Still £10 for broadband is still a fantastic price.
