What A Waste

Well good to see all the cycling isn't paying off or being off the beer or cutting down and eating rabbit food.
Back up to 12 stone 13lb having been down to 12st 9lb last week.
Must be turning it all to muscles lol yeah right.

Hey cooldrums, I was just wondering if you had substituted the bevvie with diet drinks? and although you say you've been eating rabbit food I was wondering if any choccy bars have also crept into your diet?

The reason I ask is because alcohol raises your blood sugars very quickly but drops off just as quickly as soon as you stop drinking.

It is very common that when someone stops drinking alcohol (all together)they still crave the sugar rushes that your body has become accustomed to, and it's only natural to switch to alternatives (such as chocolate etc)to satisfy those cravings.

Chris because i don't drink tea or coffee i do drink normally fizzy drinks but recently have been buying more diet rather than regular stuff.
Also because I had cut out the beer is stopped the regular trips over to Sommerfields which not only included beer but 24 bags of walkers crisps and also normally a bag of midget gems (mmmm my favourite)
Now having also cut these out or down you would have also have expected me to loose a bit. I have to say I am not a big Chocolate fan but
I do like it but I haven't been eating more of it.
