In A Spin

It' been a while I know.

I am off work just now with a viral ear infection so I am having dizzy spells which although I laugh as I take the odd stumble in the short times I take to wander betweeen the bedroom and the bathroom or the living room I know it's not really funny at all.

On a happier note though I have been off the Anti-Depressants now for about 3 weeks and I'm still my happy cheery self.
