On a lighter not cause this site has been getting to dam depressing of late.
Only 10 days to go till I can taste the fruits of my labour. mmmmmmmm
Will also do a second fermentation process and bottle some for a different flavour.
I wonder how easy it would be to make it into A fruit flavoured beer like raspberry ?
I'll check on that later.
