Football

OUCH I ache.......
Tuesday night was the Adults v Kids football friendly cause its the end of the season.
We played for over 90 mins and God my legs are killing me.
I have a groin strain and my legs feel like jelly I'm so unfit.
I haven't played football like that since I was about 16.
It was a great game I scored a hat trick too.
The Adults won on goals however The kids won at the end of the game as we played a next goal wins situation.
Still it's only a game.

Kinross Trip

We went down to Kinross 2 weekends ago to let Stewart and my folks meet which went well.
On the Saturday Dad was going down to watch the Boys Brigade play in the local Cricket tournament for local clubs, being held on the Front Lawns of Kinross house.
In the morning some of the boys appeared at the door to say that someone had not turned up so we managed to provide them with Stewart so they could play.
The Boys came 3rd well done Boys.
After the cricket we took Stewart across to Loch Leven Castle on the boat and had a look round.
With The Glorious weather that day I got burnt but it was a fantastic day .

Missed

Yes, Unbelievable as it may seem but I missed a Magnum Tour.
First one I have missed since they reformed.
And even then most tours I have done a least one date if not more.
Shame on me, still money was tight this month so it was out of the question this time sorry guys see you at xmas this year though hopefully.

New Rush Album

Got the new Rush Album through the post the other day have to say so far a little dissapointed.
It seems a little samey and nothing new from the guys.
I have been a fan for years and would have to say this is by far the worst album the have done.
It kind of just washes over you.
Still only to full listens so far will keep listening to see how it grown on me.

Excitement

Well did my good turn for the day month and year today.
We were on our way home from having tea at Elaine's sisters house when just by the flat we drove past a guy lying on the pavement with his head split open.
I jumped out of the car phone in hand dialing 999.
Although he was 3 sheets to the wind it wouldnt be right to leave anyone in that state ( although I believe later some passers by were laughing at this guy as he bled on the street corner )
Thing is I though the worst as he got up and stagered out onto the road and clattered off a passing bus (ouch ) and crunched to the ground.
Wound to on the back of his head worse than the affore mentioned front wound.
I dragged him to the side of the road and he lost conciousness for a second and I almost panicked as he seemed to stop breathing for that small instant, My heart by this point was racing.
Thankfiully a girl who was training to be a nurse and her mother stopped to assist too until the paramedic arrived on the scene.
Covered in blood and a little shakey I was only to willing at that point to hand over to him ty very much lol.
Now thing is I no longer have a first aid cert, for the first time in about 15 years.
Must get mine renewed.
It also made me wonder as I have in the past.....
Why don't you get first aid taught at school shouldnt it be compulsery to get at least a basic level at school, you never know when you may need to use it.
Ok you government folk out there lets see it happen.

So What Else.......

So I hear what else you been up to.
Well still following the Ice Hockey although the Sabres are out of the cup.
Aberdeen FC are in europe next year after a fantastic 3-0 win over Rangers pipping Hearts at the post so to speak, Last game of the season.( Sorry Anne but there is always next season).
Work is going well and I am fitting in here really well.
I have a good load of pictures to hunt through sort and post but cant seem to get time but will soon.
I have lost over a stone in weight since I have been up here good healthy living and Elaine seems to be keeping me on track for my 5 per day.
I feel great a lot better for the loss too.
The Asthma is still playing up and I have had my daily meds doubled to sort me out seems to be working too.
My anti depressants are about to be reduced from this week down to alternate days.
Life just couldnt be any better just now.

Sorry

Well sorry I have been really busy with work and life here in Aberdeen had almost forgotten about this.
All is going great lots of fun, footy, and frolicks.
Today was the last game of the season for Stewart so we went to watch him play.
He did really well and scored 2 today and also set up at least 1 of the other goals.
Unfortunately the team lost the game though.
After the game the years trophys were handed out big well done to.....
Stuart Paterson for "Players player of the year"
Sean for "Managers players of the year" " Top goal scorer" with 42 goals.
And Anissou for "Most improved Player"
Keiren also got "Ref of the year" lol and also got a nice trophy he was well chuffed.
